Meet Julie Barrow – Your Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness Expert
Hi, I’m Julie, a mum of three with over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I’m passionate about empowering women to take control of their health by transforming complex nutrition and fitness information into simple, practical strategies that truly stick.

My journey in this field started with a love for movement and sport. As a lifelong athlete, I’ve participated in endurance events and bodybuilding, giving me a strong foundation of practical experience to complement my academic studies. Let’s call it the ‘proof in the pudding’!

I’ve spent years building my expertise across fitness, nutrition, psychology, and mental health, constantly learning and evolving to stay at the cutting edge of health and wellness. Most recently, I completed a Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science, adding to a long list of qualifications that reflect my deep commitment to this work.

My goal is simple: to help you feel confident and capable in making healthy choices that become second nature. Whether it's understanding how to fuel your body, supporting your mental wellbeing, or finding movement you genuinely enjoy, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Meet Natalie Trusdale – Body Image Coach and Psychologist
Hi, I’m Natalie, a mum of 2 and qualified life coach with a first-class degree in Psychology and Health, and I’m here to help you change the way you see yourself and your body. My coaching isn’t just built on theory, it’s deeply personal. I’ve lived through the relentless cycle of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and seeking validation from others. I know what it feels like to believe you’ll never truly feel at home in your body.

But I also know that change is possible. My journey has shown me that true confidence isn’t about how you look, it’s about redefining your worth beyond appearance.

Now, I combine my personal experience with my professional expertise to help women break free from those damaging beliefs and create a life where self-acceptance, confidence, and self-love are the norm, not the exception. Through practical tools, personalised coaching, and a whole lot of compassion, I’ll help you reconnect with yourself and build a life where you feel good in your own skin.
